MANUAL DIAL option not showing on Agent Screen on Vicidial

MANUAL DIAL option not showing on Agent Screen on Vicidial.

When Agent login in to campain and he is not getting MANUAL DIAL option on the screen

Check you have allow option on Users page under Agent Interface Options

Agent Call ManualĀ  = 1

If it is 0 it Manual dial option will not show on agent screen.
